Memories, Inc. retains creative control of all services unless other arrangements made herein. *Timeless Memories, Inc. reserves the right to use reproductions of photos/video for display, publication or other purposes. *Timeless event of failure to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event outside the control of Timeless Memories, Inc. (i.e., acts of God, accidents, airline cancellations, acts of terrorism or war, etc.) beyond the reasonable control of Timeless Memories, Inc. *Timeless Memories, Inc. shall not be held liable for any & all consumption of alcohol on public beaches, parks or private locations by you or anyone in your party. *In the event of postponement or cancellation, all payments are non-refundable. *I agree to pay to & adhere to Timeless Memories, Inc. according to their reservation/cancellation policies as stated herein. |
